Moved to Codeberg. Fixed a bug where the integrity constraints were not parsed correctly for the “search” scheme.

More fixes for the base URI; in particular, making sure that the base URI is preserved correctly even when fixupXmlBase is false.

This release fixes a problem where the base URI of included elements was not recorded correctly. There is now a unit test to make sure that the base URI of an included element is the base URI of the included resource, not of the including resource.
